Elevation of Office in Dublin

Formerly the location for Fuse Graphic Design ( https://www.fuse.ie), this Architectural design project on Synge Street is now on the Dublin property market. The Irish Times reports that the location could be used as an office or a residence.

Cushman & Wakefield says: “This is an excellent opportunity for businesses seeking a high-profile office location or individuals looking to establish a presence or create a home in one of Dublin’s most-sought-after areas. This building should appeal to a range of purchasers including private investors.” reports The Irish Times.

The design was originally completed and extended by Box Architecture in the late 00’s . As can be seen, the spacial layout is modulated by voids that cut through the building, linking spaces and view with light. The detailing is very precise . For more on this project The Irish Times have a full report.
